Be Part of the Beginning

The Founders Circle

The people who helped make this real and the people who will help bring it home.

Two Founder Paths

Harvest Moon Collective begins with the Origin Founders: the first fifty early believers who helped launch the company and mission before the full system was live.

As the model expands, each local market can form its own Local Founding 50. These are the people who step up in their area to help grow sustainable food access through products, programs, partnerships, education, food access, and community support.

The first fifty helped launch Harvest Moon Collective. The next founders help bring the model home.

Recognition

Permanent Record

Recognized in the site, the record, and the story of how Harvest Moon Collective began.

Accountability

Stay Close to the Work

Ask hard questions. Help HMC become what it is supposed to be, not just what is easy.

Commitment

Real Early Support

Letters of intent, pre-orders, introductions, and practical support that helped the model get off the ground.

Local Market Founders

Repeatable in Every New Hub

Local Market Founders are the first fifty people in each local market or hub who help expand the HMC mission locally. They are not resetting the original circle. They are activating the model in their own community.

That means future markets can have their own local founding groups: Finksburg Founding 50, Carroll County Founding 50, Baltimore County Founding 50, and future markets beyond them.

These founders help activate the local spoke through chefs, growers, retailers, institutions, education, food access partners, and community programs.

Founder Lanes

Different Ways to Help the Model Take Root

Hub-and-Spoke Expansion

A Brand System at the Center. Local People at the Edge.

Harvest Moon Collective is the hub: brand system, education, standards, traceability, and the product and program model.

The local spokes are the people who make it real in place: local founders, local chefs, local growers, local retailers, local institutions, local food access partners, and local community programs.

This page exists so Kelly can review that structure in context. Final local-market naming and rollout order are still in review.
