Small-batch wildflower honey from our Finksburg hives. Raw, unfiltered, and batch-traced from hive to jar beginning with batch HMC-2025-3994G. Every bottle we sell is from our own apiary. We do not blend with other sources.

Harvest Moon Collective is building co-sourcing relationships with farms and producers within our region. When those agreements are in place, products will appear here with full sourcing transparency: who grew it, where, and how.

We operate across Carroll, Baltimore, and Harford counties. Our sourcing model is regional - not national, not anonymous. Every partner will have a story page here and a direct link to their own operation.
